Customer Notice: Ongoing email issue

It has recently come to our attention that some of our out-going emails are not being delivered or arriving in the ‘junk’ folder in your inbox.  Unfortunately this issue out of our hands and we apologise to everyone who may have been expecting an email from us.

Further investigation has found that our emails sent to Gmail accounts are arriving in the junk folder and emails sent to Hotmail or Outlook accounts are not arriving at all.

We ask you please to add our email address to your safe senders list. Depending on the department, our emails address are: for the motorcycle sales department, for our parts and accessories department, for the clothing department, for our workshop reception.  

This will allow you to receive our emails in the future.
